Bulk Orders Bulk
orders may be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS based on customer preference.
Pricing for bulk order shipments will be based on standard carrier rates and may
vary according to weight, size, indemnity coverage, and special delivery
arrangements.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES &
STORE CREDIT POLICIES
Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us at DN
Trading. We do all we can to make sure that upon receipt of your merchandise you
will find that it matches your order exactly. However, if for any reason you
decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty (30)
days of the original order's postmark date with prior
authorization, accompanied with its proper documentation and in its
original box for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and
handling charges are not refundable). Note: Special order items or items
with manufacturer seals or labels that are altered or removed may be subject to
a 20% restocking fee upon return.
Items returned to us due to any of
the following reasons may be eligible for a full or partial refund and/or
exchange:

Orders with special
discounts If your purchase entitled you to a discount based on the
total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the
discount threshold, you will be charged for the difference.
How can I return my
merchandise? Repack the item in the original packing materials and
